Responsibilities

Manage complex processes such as client grant programs, tax credits, permitting, and subcontractor coordination

Monitor policy, regulatory, and funding developments on active projects

Develop and execute complex processes to meet compliance standards and define best practices

Manage critical timelines, resources, and deliverables while aligning efforts with company goals

Implement complex business programs and initiatives

Coordinate implementation efforts across departments, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with leadership goals

Identify, highlight, and prevent high-impact risks to programs before critical timelines or deliverables are affected

Resolve elevated problems within critical programs and escalate unresolved or high-impact matters as needed while regularly reporting on program status and performance

Lead the monitoring, completion, and documentation of all activities related to the compliance of grant funding regulations and advise leadership on compliance-related matters

Required

Able to manage complex processes such as client grant programs, tax credits, permitting, and subcontractor coordination

Comfortable operating in a cross-functional role that monitors policy, regulatory, and funding developments on active projects

Develop and execute complex processes to meet compliance standards and define best practices to support a project or program to completion where formal documentation or processes may not yet exist

Skilled at managing critical timelines, resources, and deliverables while aligning efforts with company goals

Experience with project management and data analysis tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in project or program management

Demonstrated success in implementing complex business programs and initiatives

Humble, motivated and solutions-focused
