Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned districts, handling all day-to-day operations

Provide program support, including audits, classroom support, and troubleshooting

Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of our programs

Interface with POCs to gather feedback and share insights with internal teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with district staff and stakeholders

Conduct training and onboarding sessions for district staff as needed

Assist with the launch of new programs and initiatives

Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to CSMs

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by district staff

Collaborate with CSMs to develop and implement strategies for program improvement

Align with CSM on district/school JSP goals and support tracking to completion

Participate in strategic planning sessions and feedback loops to refine engagement models and territory alignment

Utilize data to inform hiring and placement decisions

Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
