Build Your Network: Reach out to local industrial businesses to introduce Randstad’s staffing solutions

Solve Problems: Act as a "Talent Architect," helping companies find the workers they need to keep their operations running

Own Your Growth: Use our CRM tools to track your progress and hit activity goals that lead directly to your commissions

Client Meetings: Shadow senior leaders in consultative meetings to learn how to close high-value deals

Required

1+ year of professional experience (any industry)
