Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop all residential staff to ensure that program policies are followed
Deliver services via a trauma informed care approach
Collaborate with the Artemis House Director, Assistant Director of Programs, and the Artemis House team to support and manage daily facility operations
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and all applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Direct supervision experience for full-time, part-time, and on-call residential staff
Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff
Knowledge of program policies and trauma informed care approach
Ability to collaborate with team members and manage daily facility operations
Understanding of contract requirements and applicable laws and regulations
