We are seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded commercial bankruptcy and restructuring group focused exclusively on Chapter 11 matters
The practice handles a wide range of sophisticated restructurings—from large, complex cases (including airlines) to closely held and 'mom-and-pop' businesses—offering exceptional deal variety and responsibility
Qualification
Required
Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience
Florida Bar admission required
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated stability and solid tenure in prior roles
Preferred
Prior bankruptcy court clerkship strongly preferred
