Responsibilities

Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the commercial real estate debt portfolio
Manage recurring and ad-hoc portfolio analyses and reporting requests
Maintain and enhance internal reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers
Monitor and analyze key loan and risk metrics, including LTV, DSCR, Debt Yield, and loan performance
Partner closely with Asset Management, Finance, Investment Teams, and Investor Relations
Coordinate with third-party loan servicers and asset managers to support portfolio reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and credit markets
Ability to navigate and collaborate across multiple internal teams, including international stakeholders
Self-starter capable of running projects independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
