Human Resources Business Partner
Primary Services is actively recruiting for a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support a large, well-established company. In this role, you will manage a full range of HR programs and processes while working closely with leadership and employees to implement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
Manage, measure, and recommend improvements to HR programs, processes, and policies across workforce planning, employment, human resource development, compensation and benefits, employer/employee relations, and risk management
Support the implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Counsel and coach leadership and employees on HR, organizational, and cultural matters
Monitor and report on HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes impacting the organization
Recommend methods to communicate the employer brand to employees, applicants, and talent sources
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Partner with business units to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience with exposure to multiple HR functional areas
At least 2 years of professional, non-agency recruiting experience
Demonstrated expertise in HR program development, implementation, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of applicable labor legislation and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Availability to travel domestically less than 10%
Preferred
HR functional experience across all HR areas in a high-growth, engineering services, or comparable industry
Experience supporting a diverse, multi-geographic employee base domestically and internationally
Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and risk management
Professional HR certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or GPHR
