Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive omni-channel campaigns & strategies
Manage and optimize client budgets daily to ensure the most effective use of advertising spend
Monitor key account metrics, including keyword bids, daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, and quality score
Build smart strategies that maximize client ROI and lead volume
Conduct monthly client calls to review performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
Lead monthly client meetings with confidence and actionable insights
Troubleshoot campaign issues through detailed analysis of data and performance metrics
Contribute ideas to continuously level up team efficiency and product quality
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience (agency experience a major plus) juggling multiple accounts, balancing personalities, and delivering under pressure
Not just good with Google Ads, you're great
Tactical, highly organized, and allergic to mediocrity
Experienced in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
Confident and effective communicator across phone, video, and client meetings
Comfortable leading client conversations with professionalism and authority
Quick learner with the ability to adapt and execute independently
Autonomous, highly technical, and addicted to getting better results
3+ years managing Google Ads (specifically lead generation)
Experience managing client accounts directly (agency experience preferred)
Strong campaign setup, optimization, and reporting skills
Data-first mindset — skilled in analytics, metrics, and ROI storytelling
Proficiency with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) preferred
Familiarity with CallRail, Salesforce, Airtable, Excel a plus
Experience in Medical and Legal industries is highly valued
Google Ads Search certification preferred
Google Analytics certification preferred
Knowledge of Google Ads
Knowledge of Facebook Ads
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Knowledge of CallRail or other similar call tracking software
Knowledge of AirTable (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce
Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and functions
