Coordinate daily logistics operations for water gathering, transportation, recycling, and disposal
Manage scheduling and dispatch of trucking and pipeline systems to meet operational demand
Monitor real-time flow and volumes across basins, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity
Collaborate with field operations, commercial teams, and third-party service providers to optimize logistics
Track KPIs related to cost, efficiency, and safety, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics planning and execution
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of transportation systems (pipeline and trucking) and water management operations
Proficiency in Excel, logistics software, scheduling tools, and data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as the ability to multitask
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
