Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Automate
Develop, deploy, review, and optimize bots; ensure scalability, security, and best practices
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint)
Collaborate with business teams for process discovery, feasibility, and ROI analysis
Define governance standards and mentor offshore development teams
Work with C#/.NET and integrate solutions with Azure or other cloud platforms

Required

Proven experience as an RPA Architect / Senior RPA Lead
Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Automate
Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Excellent stakeholder communication and global delivery experience

Preferred

Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate certification preferred
Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, or IDP is a plus
