Responsibilities
Define and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for the AI transformation, aligning with Insight's overall AI strategy and market opportunities
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep insights into the challenges and needs of mid-market CEOs and Chief AI Officers regarding AI transformation
Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap for the AI transformation, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact (ROI, revenue, cost savings, productivity), technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
Translate market and user needs into detailed product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) for the development team, focusing on core functionalities like data ingestion, analysis engine, continuous iteration, and execution enablement
Oversee the development and refinement of the AI-led interview workflow and data gathering processes, ensuring it effectively captures strategic insights from client executives and business units
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML products, platforms, or initiatives, and a solid understanding of AI's strategic implications for enterprises
Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and understand complex business challenges
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven product decisions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Experience working in an agile development environment as a Product Owner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
