Responsibilities

Proactively consult clients on integrated marketing and communication strategies

Effectively manage account teams to service the scope of work with outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations

Build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow a portfolio of accounts

Lead and participate in all stages of new business pitches

Counsel clients in one-to-one settings as a primary strategic partner

Required

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, spending at least 5 years working with financial services clients

Have extensive experience working within an Agency setting, handling multiple client accounts and leading account teams and understands how different media channels can be applied to meet objectives

Hold honest, 'tough' conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing

Manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals

Have a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverables and engaging contributions to the Vested culture

Maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accounts
