Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Manage consolidation of financial data across multiple entities and manufacturing sites
Collaborate with operations and plant leadership to align financial reporting with production and cost objectives
Oversee internal controls, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to improve operational efficiency
Lead audit processes and maintain strong relationships with external auditors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills with a hands-on approach
