Responsibilities

Process and pay vendor and investment-related invoices using Coupa

Create, submit, and track purchase orders (POs) in Coupa

Coordinate approvals with Accounts Payable, Sourcing, and Management

Manage high-volume email correspondence with vendors and internal teams

Perform general administrative duties such as opening mail, organizing files, and maintaining office operations

Support investment processes including transaction documentation, purchases, and sales

Act as a resource by locating reports and information to assist team members

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Coupa (required)

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with senior management and executives

Business Spend Management: 1 year (Required)

Coupa: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

Experience in investment, finance, or corporate office environments

Several years of direct Coupa usage in a professional setting
