Provide legal guidance to executive leadership and departments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Manage employment law, civil litigation, regulatory matters, intellectual property, complex commercial contracts, and warranty matters
Act as a business partner to advance shifting priorities and solve problems diplomatically
Conduct extensive legal research and writing, presenting legal issues to executive level personnel
Qualification
Required
4+ Years of Legal Experience
Excellent communication skills, including extensive legal research and writing and concise presentations of legal issues to executive level personnel
Preferred
Mississippi or Tennessee Bar License
