Service Desk / L1 Support Analyst

Qualis1 Inc. is seeking a Service Desk / Level 1 Support Analyst to act as the single point of contact for end-user support. The role involves handling user calls, incidents, and service requests while ensuring timely resolution and effective communication using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Serve as SPOC for user calls, incidents, and service requests
Log, track, resolve, and report incidents and requests in ServiceNow (ITSM)
Support Windows 11 upgrade related calls
Provide request fulfillment for assigned service requests
Communicate incident status, progress, and workarounds to stakeholders
Support Vanguard end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoints
Enable and guide users with self-service options for common requests
Fulfill requests related to Endpoint Services & Mobility Services (VDI tasks, trusted sites, access requests, etc.)
Participate in and support Major Incident calls for Workplace Services

ServiceNowTroubleshooting Windows OSService Desk ExperienceCustomer Service SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Experience in Service Desk / L1 Support / Help Desk roles
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite, 5 days a week
Comfortable working early morning shifts (starting 7 AM ET)
