In this role, you’ll partner with Head Start and Early Head Start staff to support career growth inside MVCDC — helping educators pursue credentials, build new skills, and prepare for next-step roles.

Coach staff one-on-one, collaborate with supervisors and coaches, and help create clear, supportive pathways for advancement across our programs
Qualification
Required
Experience in early childhood education
