Monday.com Implementation Manager

Next Ventures is seeking an Implementation Manager to partner with clients and help them maximize their use of monday.com. In this client-facing role, you will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and provide hands-on support to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Manage 15–25 client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Deliver customer support, coaching, and live training sessions (2–50 users)
Design and implement integrations and automations to improve efficiency
Create and maintain training documentation and videos
Identify renewal and upsell opportunities in partnership with sales
Troubleshoot technical issues and manage priorities effectively

Required

3+ years in an implementation, customer success, or similar role
2+ years working in a startup environment
2+ years of hands-on experience with monday.com
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Business acumen across functions such as sales, marketing, HR, or customer success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience with Zapier or Make.com is a plus
Master's preferred
