Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex web-based and client/server applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end components using C#, ASP.NET (Blazor), MVC, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
Perform research and technical analysis to design specialized programs and application enhancements
Develop and automate APIs, web services, and application performance testing
Support existing applications by diagnosing issues, implementing fixes, and applying updates
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project leaders to validate requirements and deliver technical solutions
Identify risks and recommend improvements to application development processes
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

7+ years of senior-level software development experience
Strong experience in C#/.NET, MVC, ASP.NET (Blazor), SQL Server
Hands-on experience developing web-based and Windows-based applications
Experience with API development and functional/performance automation
Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps
5+ years working in an Agile development environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex development tasks
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred

Experience working with large-scale government or education systems
Familiarity with specialized education or compliance-based applications
Prior experience supporting enterprise financial or reporting systems
