Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management of Microsoft 365 initiatives, including migrations, integrations, and new feature rollouts
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, security, compliance, and business units to ensure alignment
Oversee vendor and partner relationships for solution design, implementation, and support
Drive change management and adoption strategies for new Microsoft 365 capabilities
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across complex initiatives
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, data protection, and security policies
Report regularly on project status, progress, and key metrics to executive leadership
Provide thought leadership on Microsoft 365 roadmap, best practices, and enterprise collaboration trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field (master's preferred)
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading Microsoft 365 enterprise projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Security/Compliance Center)
Proven experience managing large-scale migrations (e.g., on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online, file shares to OneDrive/SharePoint)
Expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to work across global, distributed teams and manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance
Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus
Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) preferred
