Wilqo is revolutionizing mortgage lending with their innovative Product Optimization Platform, Charlie. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with Sales Account Executives and drive customer acquisition by providing technical insights and demonstrating product capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partnering with the Account Executive to drive revenue growth through demonstrations of Charlie’s technical capabilities, building technical trust with prospects

Identifying existing business pain points, demonstrating product value and opportunities for Charlie to address those pain points

Providing advisory on industry considerations around business process and system capabilities

Assisting in the implementation process to ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Operations

Sharing product feedback and prospect requests to be considered for product roadmap ideas

Required

Demonstrated success in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical pre-sales role for a SaaS solution, with at least 3+ years of experience in LOS technology

Deep understanding of loan origination process and the LOS technical landscape with at least 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry

Demonstrated ability to take complex technical concepts and translate to a wide variety of audiences and business goals

Passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their business

Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Must be a relationship builder and team player with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels both internally and with clients

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
