The Lead within the Strategy & Operations department will support the NetCredit P&L by managing high-impact projects and improving customer experiences while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage initiatives that focus on driving high-impact projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements

Own end to end projects from initial recommendation and scoping through implementation/execution and assurance of successful business impact

Serve as a senior resource of the S&O team Lead and mentor team members

Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders throughout the organization

Anticipate bottlenecks, solve complex problems, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and drive bottom line results

Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and collaborate with internal tech development teams to ensure that projects meet business requirements

Translate complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree ideally in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields

8+ years of tangible work experience dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics specifically in credit risk and or collections discipline

Experience leveraging data and critical thinking to drive business decisions

Experience using SQL or similar experience using large datasets

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills

Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects

Preferred

MBA is a plus
