Responsibilities

Administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira instance
Ensuring it meets the needs of our users and supports our business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Develop and maintain custom workflows, screens, and fields
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain documentation for Jira configuration and processes

Qualification

Required

Experience with Jira APIs and scripting (e.g. Groovy, Python)
Knowledge of database management principles and SQL
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices

Develop and maintain custom workflows, screens, and fields
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain documentation for Jira configuration and processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
