Responsibilities
Manage and supervise service department staff
Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and timely communication
Coordinate repair schedules, parts ordering, and workflow to maximize efficiency
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused solutions
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role
Strong technical background and understanding of automotive repair procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with service software systems
Ability to Commute: Louisville, KY 40219 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Louisville, KY 40219: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
ASE Certification or equivalent is preferred
