Responsibilities
Partnering with Sales and Campaign Creation Specialist to ensure seamless handoffs post-sale
Attending Goals Confirmation Calls (GCCs) to understand client objectives and set clear expectations
Troubleshooting domain access issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve launch roadblocks
Conducting inbound requests from customers on design changes to the initial website build
Guiding clients through the final steps to activate their campaigns
Managing a high volume of accounts with efficiency and urgency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Strong communication skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients simultaneously
A proactive, enthusiastic approach that creates excitement for new clients
Preferred
Previous customer success or sales experience (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
