Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA-QC) Inspector

Responsibilities

Final inspection of finished goods
Documents results of the final inspection and determines acceptability of finished good product
Understanding Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Related Nonconformance Reports process and how to quarantine items failing to meet requirements
Support overall departmental needs such as assisting with updating Tier metrics, meeting line-item attainment requirements, participating with audit preparations and completing associated trainings among other tasks

Qualification

Quality Assurance experienceCGMP industry experienceSAPExcelCommunication skills

Required

2-4 years of experience in a quality function or quality department
4-6 years of working experience in a cGMP industry
High School/Secondary School/Equivalent
Experience with excel, word, etc
Experience with SAP

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
