Responsibilities

Plan and execute joint GTM campaigns, events, and content with Mailchimp agency and service partners
Amplify joint messages internally and externally, including social media cross-promotion
Develop and maintain partner case studies and high-impact content such as webinars and customer stories
Align with internal teams to embed partners into company marketing and GTM plans and sales plays
Help partners utilize MDF budgets and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI

Required

5+ years of experience in successfully driving GTM programs and/or partner marketing for channel partners
Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems
Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales and marketing tools
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
