Responsibilities
Review business requirements, healthcare workflows, and functional specifications to design comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform manual testing, including functional, integration and regression for healthcare applications/Products
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and TOSCA
Validate data accuracy using SQL, including testing of HIPAA-sensitive data flows and database interactions
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman (Min)
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality is maintained across the SDLC
Participate in sprint planning, refinements, and QA reviews within Agile Scrum teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, PHI handling guidelines)
Provide clear test execution reports and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices
2-3 years of Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and TOSCA
2 years of hands-on experience with JIRA
Good knowledge of SQL for validation and data integrity checks
Strong communication skills; flexible and collaborative team player
Experience testing healthcare applications
Understand healthcare workflows
Ensure compliance with industry standards

The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in TOSCA

6+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation), including at least 2 years in the healthcare domain
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools
