Responsibilities

Support daily office operations, front desk coverage, and visitor management

Coordinate office services, vendors, deliveries, and supply inventory

Assist with kitchen, pantry, conference room upkeep, and onsite meeting support

Help with office events, employee swag distribution, and special projects

Support office decommissioning and upcoming office move

Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews

Communicate interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams

Greet onsite candidates and ensure a professional interview experience

Prepare conference rooms and technology for interviews and meetings

Required

Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA five days per week with schedule flexibility

Prior light office/administrative experience; life sciences exposure a plus

Polished, outgoing, and service-oriented professional demeanor

Preferred
