Senior Product Manager – Bonus Engine

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product layer for their bonuses and promotions platform, focusing on user engagement and retention through targeted campaigns. Responsibilities
You will own the product definition and day-to-day execution for Trivelta’s bonuses and promotions platform
Owning the roadmap and prioritization for a flexible bonus and promotions engine used by operators to drive engagement and retention
Defining capabilities for audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and rule-based eligibility
Working directly with engineers across multiple time zones to design, prioritize, and deliver complex campaign and promotion functionality
Translating operator and business requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria
Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support use cases across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
Ensuring promotions and rewards behave correctly across channels, products, and user states
Coordinating testing and validation to ensure campaigns trigger correctly, rewards are applied accurately, and edge cases are handled safely
You will spend time in the details - campaign logic, user states, reward conditions, and failure scenarios - because correctness and trust are essential in this domain
You will be:
Deeply embedded with development teams during implementation
Involved in release planning, go-live readiness, and operator onboarding
Hands-on with QA, regression testing, and issue triage for live campaigns
Proactive about identifying gaps, misuse risks, and unintended incentive loops
Working closely with internal teams to ensure the platform supports real-world marketing workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally owning a platform or tooling product
Experience building or working on marketing platforms, campaign engines, or promotion systems
Strong understanding of user targeting, segmentation, and campaign lifecycle management
Comfort collaborating closely with engineers on complex logic, rules, and workflows
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, growth, and operations
Clear communicator who can balance business goals, user experience, and technical constraints
Preferred
Background in iGaming, sportsbook, or casino products
Experience with in-app marketing, push notifications, or lifecycle messaging platforms
Prior experience as a marketer or working on a marketing SaaS product
Exposure to regulated or incentive-driven environments
