Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the office with professionalism and warmth
Handle incoming calls and emails in both English and Portuguese
Assist customers with questions about policies, billing, coverage, and documentation
Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information
Build strong relationships through empathetic and proactive communication
Resolve customer concerns and follow through to ensure issues are fully addressed
Maintain accurate electronic records and process account updates
Manage follow-ups and routine communication with customers
Assist with organizing information for insurance quotes
Complete and process insurance paperwork and required forms
Handle commercial service tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, and document requests
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Strong communication and active listening skills
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfort with computers, email, and basic office software
High school diploma required
In-office only
Ability to commute to Worcester, MA
Preferred
Insurance licensing or experience is a plus but not required
