Responsibilities
Partner with pharmacy members to resolve questions and issues quickly and professionally
Educate members on how our programs and tools can help them grow and succeed in the ever-changing market
Research policies, regulations, and contracts to provide accurate answers and proactive solutions
Communicate through phone, email, chat, and website inquiries
Document interactions in our CRM and collaborate with the team to improve processes
Qualification
Required
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) experience required
2–3 years of customer service experience in an office environment similar to a healthcare or insurance setting
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to learn and retain information across a wide range of topics
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred (or equivalent experience)
