Responsibilities

Set up new accounts, manage change requests, and handle cash requests for RIA and client accounts

Offer operational assistance and perform data entry to onboard client accounts and manage their ongoing activities

Engage with a variety of client types, including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors

Maintain communication with clients through team emails to deliver premium service across all channels

Address and resolve reconciliation issues such as delinked accounts, negative cash balances, and new account setups

Coordinate with custodians on service-related issues and generate necessary paperwork

Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage client information

Qualification
