Responsibilities

Conducting routine tests and inspections on products
Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with data collection
Performing capability studies
First-piece inspections & records results
Assisting with ISO compliance and training
Participating in special projects as needed
Working with other departments to ensure a quality product

Qualification

Analytical skillsERP knowledgeBlueprint readingFaro equipment operationCNC machiningTooling designPPAP/APQP experience

Required

Associates degree or commensurate experience in a related field required
Strong analytical skills required
Ability to work well both independently and with a team
ERP knowledge required

Preferred

Blueprint reading skills strongly preferred
Experience operating Faro equipment, CAD/CAM experience and Tooling Design experience preferred
Previous experience in with CNC/Press Brake/Oxy-Fuel machining and welding strongly preferred
PPAP/APQP experience also preferred
