Senior LevelInfojini Inc is seeking an experienced UI/UX Programmer 5 to design and deliver modern, intuitive user interfaces for enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with business users and IT teams in an Agile environment to solve complex design challenges and influence product strategy.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and translate UI requirements
Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces that support complex business workflows
Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including discovery, research, design, and validation
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design iterations to validate and refine product concepts
Partner with project managers, developers, and business analysts to brainstorm and implement effective design solutions
Create and maintain a Design System / Component Library to promote consistency and reusability
Ensure a seamless UI handoff process to development teams
Ensure UI/UX designs follow best practices, accessibility standards, and security requirements
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components effectively
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to support the successful implementation of UI designs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience translating UI requirements into high-quality graphical user interfaces
Strong understanding of site architecture, navigation patterns, and intuitive UI design
Experience working within Agile (Scrum) development methodologies
Front-end development experience with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Fluent UI Framework
Experience using Figma and other prototyping/design tools (ability to quickly learn new tools)
Experience designing and delivering products end-to-end within cross-functional teams
Experience with ASP.NET MVC and C#
Demonstrated knowledge of secure UI design and coding practices for ASP.NET applications
Preferred
UI/UX Certification (highly desired)
