Responsibilities

Support development of market requirements, product strategy, and technology roadmaps
Assist in business plans, market segmentation, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage and growth
Analyze market segments to identify investment opportunities and recommend resource allocation
Build business cases for product funding and present findings to leadership
Develop and refine customer engagement strategies (pilots, workshops, co-development)
Gather competitive intelligence and contribute to pricing and positioning
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales for new product development and enhancements
Track KPIs and risks for pilots, launches, and ongoing initiatives
Use approved AI tools for research, PRDs, and metrics

Qualification

Semiconductor process modulesMaterials engineeringData analysisDevice physicsAdvanced packaging/interconnectBusiness conceptsAnalytical skillsMS/PhD in EngineeringLeadershipCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Advanced degree technical training (PhD preferred)
Strong communication/analytical skills required
Broad understanding of semiconductor process modules and system-level trade-offs
Familiarity with device physics, materials engineering, advanced packaging/interconnect, and data analysis
Demonstrated leadership in extracurriculars, labs, teams, or societies
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity and build consensus
MS or PhD in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Preferred

Multidisciplinary backgrounds (e.g., BS in one field, MS/PhD in another)
Exposure to business concepts (coursework, projects, internships) is a plus
