Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of our data management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service
Oversee data processing, quality control, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored data solutions that exceed expectations
Identify and analyze market trends, research new data sources, and contribute to the development of innovative data products and services
Analyze and optimize team workflows, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
5-7 years of experience working with secondary data for marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
