Responsibilities
Manage and resolve optimization tickets using SN ticketing system
Perform medication builds within order sets, panels, and templates
Support OPA, alerts, and charging configurations
Collaborate with end users to validate changes and confirm functionality
Handle investigational drug (IDS) builds and med loads as needed
Support ongoing billing and 340B optimization work
Provide updates on ticket progress and maintain documentation
Ensure timely completion of smaller enhancement items to reduce backlog
Qualification
Required
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required
Minimum 3–4 years of experience with Epic Willow applications
Proficiency in order set medication builds and ticket management
Familiarity with OPA, alerts, billing/charging, and Willow Inbaskets
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred
Exposure to Willow Ambulatory workflows preferred
Pharmacy or clinical background a plus (not required)
Epic Beacon experience is a plus
