Responsibilities
Partnering with the Director of IT to assess system needs
Designing and installing hardware, software, and networking systems
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Responding to general IT support requests
Installing and maintaining security software
Training team members on new hardware and software
Providing on-site technical support across all locations
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all locations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to train and support users on new systems
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
Preferred
Formal IT training preferred, but not required
