Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to private equity clients, delivering tailored benefits solutions and managing complex Employee Benefits engagements with precision.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of Employee Benefits business, ensuring proactive and high‑touch client support

Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies

Advise clients on benefits strategy, market trends, regulatory updates, and plan‑level recommendations

Provide guidance on plan performance, funding arrangements, and cost‑containment strategies

Support M&A transactions and due‑diligence activities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for competitive pricing and enhanced plan designs

Lead RFP and renewal marketing processes

Coordinate open enrollment activities and communications
