Responsibilities

Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking

Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence

Maintain electronic files, records, and documentation

Support travel coordination and expense tracking as needed

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as directed

Assist with basic project tracking and follow-up on action items

Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding coordination

Support business development and operational tasks as assigned

Participate in virtual meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Management, or a related field

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
