Salesforce/nCino Administrator I

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Salesforce/nCino Administrator I who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of their Salesforce environment. This role includes managing user accounts, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with business and IT teams to implement new features and functionalities.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
Assist in design, configuration, and deployment of the Salesforce/nCino platform features and functionality to support and innovate business processes (including system settings, objects, workflows, business rules, approval matrix, document manager, emails, policies, checklists, mobile administration, flows, and page layouts)
Develop and maintain best practices and documentation for other administrators and members of the technical and business teams utilizing Salesforce/nCino functionality
Follow the release management process ensuring all integration release processes are followed, and all features and functionality have been properly vetted and tested before deployment
Proactively monitor performance of all incoming and outgoing data and integrations, including efficient issue resolution to minimize business impact
Perform batch reassignments, imports, cleanups and data audits to support data and process integrity on the platform to reduce negative business impacts
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the organization
Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and procedures, laws and regularly obligations
Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and continuous delivery initiatives
Remain current and knowledgeable with all Salesforce and nCino functionality by taking continuing education classes and actively participating in the nCino and Salesforce communities
Serve as Tier II Support and provide exceptional customer service to end users by answering questions, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues and educating users on platform functionality
Serve as Tier I Support to maintain scalable SLAs regarding end user issues and identified bugs
Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace, support risk management practices and overall safety and soundness and the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements
Ensure that the department and all personnel adhere to the same; perform tasks that are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job which may be altered or redesigned depending on individual circumstances

Required

1+ years working as a Salesforce Administrator or nCino Administrator, specifically performing system administration, data management, testing and release management in a Salesforce environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proven capacity to understand complex business and technical concepts
Highly self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred

1+ years of experience working in the financial services industry preferred; strong business acumen and working knowledge of commercial and retail product origination and CRM strongly preferred
Certified Salesforce Administrator and nCino Certifications preferred
