Responsibilities
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and tuning solutions to meet client needs
Partnering with sales teams internally to fully understand customer business needs in order to ensure their success
Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of solution delivery
Participating in training and projects contributing to best practices, maximizing efficiency, and improving methodology and service quality
Qualification
Required
Have 2+ years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Demonstrate experience with internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL and how CDNs work
Have relevant customer facing experience within a consultative environment
Have achieved or be interested in obtaining cyber security credentials such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC or others
Demonstrate knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
Have knowledge of implementation concepts that deal with web development, IT systems or security practice
