Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Accounts
Joveo is transforming recruitment marketing with its AI-powered platform, and they are seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion while driving client success and engagement across Joveo’s product suite.
Responsibilities
Steward revenue retention and growth through success planning, ROI storytelling, and proactive risk management; keep forecasts grounded in performance and outcomes
Orchestrate renewals and expansion proposals focused on solving client problems; align scope and pricing to objectives, and negotiate to close with Finance/Legal support
Build multi-threaded relationships up to VP/CXO; run MBRs/QBRs/EBRs and executive governance cadences
Create success plans with measurable KPIs; proactively identify risks and manage escalations
Drive adoption and outcomes across Joveo’s full solutions suite; align use cases to client goals
Translate data into ROI narratives; recommend mix/budget/pacing optimizations and test-and-learn roadmaps
Orchestrate CSEs, Publishers, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver against plan and SLAs
Capture and synthesize Voice of Customer; participate in UATs and influence the roadmap
Monitor usage, CSAT/NPS, and stakeholder sentiment; develop references, case studies, and champions
For new implementations or expansions within your portfolio, partner with onboarding through discovery/UAT and ensure a smooth transition to steady state and ongoing cadence
Qualification
Required
6–10 years managing strategic/enterprise customers in B2B SaaS (HR tech/recruitment marketing preferred)
Proven record of hitting retention and expansion targets while owning commercials independently (renewals, pricing, negotiation, close)
Operates independently in complex, matrixed environments; minimal oversight required
Executive presence and storytelling; able to simplify complexity and drive decisions
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and building clear, outcome-focused presentations
Organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure; excellent prioritization and program management
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience (health systems, hospitals, payers, or healthcare staffing) strongly preferred
