R&D Tax Credit Project Manager

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and client confidentiality
Conduct interviews with client management and staff in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes and R&D efforts
Maintain active communication with client management and staff at all levels to manage expectations, gather required information, and ensure deadlines are met
Preparation of estimates and final client deliverables
Qualification
Required
2-5 years' experience performing or managing R&D Tax Credit projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Strong working knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
Occasional overnight travel required
Preferred
Prior public accounting experience or experience in a manufacturing environment where product and process research and development are conducted is preferred
Experience working within a sales capacity to qualify R&D Tax Credit prospects is not required but is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Software preferred
CPA certification or engineering experience preferred
