The Senior Manager level FDM Lead role involves owning the design and delivery of the Workday Foundational Data Model and related Financials workstreams, leading complex projects, and acting as a subject matter expert with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead or support all phases of Workday Financials projects, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare

Own FDM design and its cross functional impacts, translating finance and accounting requirements into scalable Workday configurations

Manage scope, plan and risks across multiple parallel client deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on time and to agreed quality

Act as a senior client facing SME, running workshops, presenting options, sharing best practice and lessons learned

Guide and review the work of less experienced consultants and contribute to internal methods, templates and training

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience

Workday Financials certification required, with Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model) strongly preferred and commitment to ongoing recertification

Around 5 to 7 plus years implementing Financials or ERP systems, including solid Workday Financials project experience

Strong experience turning business process requirements into Workday designs and configurations, including end to end testing

Strong communication and documentation skills, able to handle multiple projects, travel up to 50 percent and already eligible to work in country of hire (no sponsorship)

Preferred

Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model) strongly preferred
