Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full-cycle accounting function across multiple legal entities
Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and complex consolidations
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Partner with FP&A, tax, audit, and operational teams to support business initiatives
Manage and develop an accounting team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a multi-entity environment
Strong experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations
Proven experience managing a full-cycle accounting team
Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
ERP experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
Public accounting background and/or large corporate accounting experience strongly preferred
Consolidation software experience is a plus
