Sqwad is a French company expanding into the U.S. market, and they are seeking a Door To Door Freelance Sales Development Representative. This role involves conducting in-person outreach to small businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and creating commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold, in-person outreach to small businesses in your area
Understand prospects’ needs and identify key decision-makers
Create new commercial opportunities and pass them to the sales team
Guide prospects through the first steps of the process
Qualification
Required
Experience in door-to-door sales (minimum 1 year)
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for people
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized
Creative, proactive, and resilient when facing objections
Skilled communicator who thinks in terms of solutions
Comfortable using basic digital tools to record leads and results
Registered freelancer (1099 status)
Located in New York (Bronx or Brooklyn) or New Jersey
Native or fluent English speaker (Fluency in Spanish or Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred
Experience with Google Sheets
Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
