Resource Center Specialist
Pioneer Bank is a community-focused bank dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of its customers. They are seeking a Resource Center Specialist to assist customers with account inquiries and issues, while also performing general clerical duties and managing various banking solutions.

Responsibilities
Assisting customers with all questions and issues related to their accounts via phone
Using extensive knowledge of products and services regularly
Frequent communication with management to address recurring and problematic issues or to propose ideas for improvement
Handling retail internet banking solutions, customer phone services, branch reports, and file maintenance
Managing mobile banking solutions, bill pay solutions, and business internet banking solutions
Addressing Visa card issues, including foreign authorizations and disputes
Processing ACH/check stop payments and check orders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use a computer keyboard and a 10-key calculator by touch
Ability to relate and empathize with others while maintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Having at least 1 year of relative job experience is a plus!
