Responsibilities

Develop and optimize new product formulations and manufacturing processes
Perform laboratory testing, evaluations, and multiple formulation iterations (batching)
Conduct stability studies to ensure technical accuracy and product performance
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the product development lifecycle
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Manage timelines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicate findings, progress, and challenges clearly and professionally

Required

2 to 4 years of formulation experience (mandatory)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
